Job Description

Genpact is hiring Business Analysts in the AML/KYC domain to work with global enterprises and support compliance and due diligence processes. This role involves reviewing customer documentation, performing enhanced due diligence, and making analytical decisions based on risk procedures.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Review customer/entity documentation for KYC compliance.
• Perform Enhanced Due Diligence for high-risk profiles.
• Conduct BO and key controller checks; screen for sanctions/adverse media.
• Summarize findings in narrative reports and recommend next steps.
• Ensure timely review and resolution within SLA timelines.
• Propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay updated with regulatory changes and adapt accordingly.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Experience in compliance, audit, back-office, or AML/KYC preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical thinking skills.
• Digital literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in AML/KYC, transaction surveillance, and customer due diligence.
• Familiarity with tools like Actimize, RDC, Lexis Nexis, Bridger XG, Dow Jones, etc.
• Understanding of complex entity structures – SPV, PIV, Charities, Banks, etc.
• Strong investigation, reporting, and documentation abilities.
