Roles & Responsibilities

• Excellent communication and empathy in handling customer queries.
• Troubleshoot OS, Outlook, Teams, Citrix, VDI, VPN, and security tools remotely.
• Respond to customer calls and emails promptly.
• Escalate unresolved issues appropriately and within SLA.
• Document resolutions and update knowledge base with SOPs.
• Identify patterns in issues and alert management.
• Deliver service with quality and professionalism.

Basic Qualifications

• BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech / MCA from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Freshers and candidates with 1–3 years of experience.
• Mandatory Skill: Technical Support
• Digital literacy with MS Office and remote tools.
